By accessing this Site or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the subscription product.

1. Informational Purpose Only

All content on this Site — including the TradingView indicator, levels, ranges, and explanatory text — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

2. Not Investment Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security, option, or other financial instrument. All trading and investment decisions are made solely at your own discretion and risk.

3. Subscription Service

We provide access to a TradingView indicator on a recurring subscription basis. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, depending on the plan selected) unless cancelled before the renewal date.

New subscriptions include a 14-day free trial. Your payment method will be charged on day 15 unless you cancel during the trial.

4. Access & License

Access to the indicator is granted to the single TradingView username you provide at signup. Account sharing, redistribution, or resale of the indicator is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the indicator for your personal trading research while your subscription is active. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source data or methodology beyond what is publicly documented on this Site.

5. Payment Failures & Cancellation

If payment fails, is declined, charged back, or the subscription is cancelled, access to the indicator may be revoked. You can cancel at any time through the Stripe customer portal — your access continues through the end of the current billing period.

6. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the product before being charged. Once a subscription has billed and access has been granted, refunds are not provided. If you decide not to continue, cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid further charges.

7. Pricing & Grandfathered Customers

Current pricing for new subscriptions is $14.99 per month or $149 per year. Customers who subscribed at prior published rates ($9.99/month) are grandfathered at that rate and will continue to be billed at their original price for as long as their subscription remains active and uninterrupted.

8. Data & Methodology

We use commercially reasonable efforts to source accurate data and compute indicator levels consistent with the methodology described in our Methodology and Data Sources & Update Policy pages. However, we do not warrant that the data is error-free, complete, or timely. Markets, data providers, and software systems can experience delays, gaps, and outages.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, US Stock Sigma and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, or data inaccuracies — arising from your use of the Site or indicator. Your sole remedy is to cancel your subscription.

10. Modifications

We may modify these Terms, the indicator's features, pricing for new subscribers, or the Site itself at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Site. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia.
